We have been receiving your comments and suggestions to further improve our mobile and web application.


We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with our application and for the inconvenience it caused you.


We are committed to serving you better and we value your experience not only in our store but also digitally. We are closing our mobile application and online ordering website while we are preparing to launch a new one with issues already fixed and features are already improved.

We took note of the issues you reported and we will make sure that they will be fixed when we release again.


For those who currently have RK Wallet balance, you may still use it until January 23, 2022. After January 23, RK Wallet will be disabled and all unused wallet balances will be refunded to your GCash/Grabpay/Cards until February 4For your earned RK Points and membership status, rest assured it will be credited back again when we launch our new application.

While the mobile app and online ordering website are unavailable, you can dine with us and enjoy a free iced tea for you and your companion. Please check your registered email regularly for the voucher.

This is not goodbye, you’ll experience our mobile application again soon! We will be back with a better and hassle-free user experience so you better get those chopsticks ready when we go digital again!
